Kevin Chadwick of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, formerly of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the age of 69 years.
He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
A private family interment will take place in Moose Jaw at a future date. Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Suite #200-885 Dunsmuir Street, Vancouver BC, V6C 1N5
