George was born on June 5, 1921 in Wabasca, Alberta. He passed away on May 13, 2009 in Dawson Creek, B.C. at the age of 87 years.

A Prayer Service was held on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 7:00 pm from Reynars Funeral Chapel.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 2:00 pm at the Notre Dame Catholic Church in Dawson Creek, B.C. Fr. Michael Anyasoro officiated. Interment followed in Brookside Cemetery.

George will be missed by his family and friends.
